The covered balcony combines lake views with seating for conversation and outdoor meals. Upstairs, an open balcony has loungers for another view across the water. On the lower patio, a gas grill and colorful outdoor chairs make it easy to bring lunch outside while keeping the lake in sight.

The home's existing information identifies a boat slip. Contact us before bringing or renting a boat to confirm the assigned slip, permitted use and launching arrangements. Until further notice the community boat launch is closed due to water levels.

COOK TOGETHER, THEN CHOOSE YOUR OWN PLACE TO RELAX
The main living and dining area connects to the full kitchen and covered balcony. A sofa and armchair provide seating beside the TV, with the dining table near the glass doors so lake views remain part of the meal. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus counter seating for company while someone cooks.

The lower-level lounge has several sofas, a TV and an electric fireplace. A nearby dining table and wet bar with a sink, mini refrigerator and microwave give your group another place for snacks and conversation. An upper-level sitting area offers a separate spot to read or watch TV, with a balcony just outside.

THREE BEDROOMS AND THREE LEVELS
The three bedrooms provide two queen beds and one bunk bed for up to six guests. Two bedrooms are upstairs. The home has three full bathrooms and one half bath, and stairs connect the living spaces across its three levels. Keep that layout in mind when choosing the home for your group.
