"This house was extremely comfortable to stay in. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very new, and everything you might need is well provided. The host was very responsive and communicated promptly.We really enjoyed the activities—there were kayaks and paddleboards available, and the kids had a great time playing in the sand. The river view is absolutely beautiful, and we also had a barbecue, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee and tea were fully stocked, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of tableware.In the evenings, we could enjoy the fire pit—we even bought s’mores, and the kids loved roasting them. During the day, the community also offers pickleball and tennis, and everyone really enjoyed the gym in the house.This is the best house we’ve stayed in so far. Highly recommended!"

"This house did not disappoint. It lived up to the pictures on the Vrbo site. There were five beautiful master bedrooms with their own en suite and the cutest bunk room. We enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit and on the boathouse dock. There was also a bonus to being on the warm side of the lake. The water was in the 70s in April. Great house and host, I hope to return someday."

"The house was a very cool design and very comfortable. The dock was also amazing and had great access to a secluded cove. My kids had a great time swimming and paddling around on the kayaks. We didn't use the deck above the boat house. There was some broken trim on the stairs going up and the deck boards are warped. There were small flies in a few of the bedrooms on the ceiling we had to clean up before going to bed. There were some stink bugs and some small spiders in various rooms."

"The house was just as described and was more than enough room for multiple families and two dogs. Apparently my dog is a lake dog, she loved taking a boat on the lake. There is a boat rental about 15mins away and were able to dock it at the house. There are so many games and activities our normally tablet glued kids didnt even look at a screen for 6 days. If your looking for a house this big on the lake, dont second guess, it is everything and more."

"The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials and more. Air fryer, instant pot, and crock pot are all available as well. We were pleasantly surprised with Mrs Myers hand soap and cleaning spray. All bathrooms stocked with clean towels and pool tools available as well. Hot tub was great. Upstairs bonus room was very cool space also. We loved everything about our stay. "

"Despite the freezing temperatures and snow the weekend we stayed, we had a blast! We made s’mores in the fire pit and had some brave souls enjoy the hot tub. The facilities were everything we could have hoped for. The youngest children enjoyed the Blue berry market store and bunk beds, while we all tested our skills at air hockey. We also enjoyed the snake talk at Lake Anna state park near by. I never needed the app before but found it was important for easy access and wish I had known to download it before arriving. "
