The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
* All accessories, furniture, Aero-beds (deflated), dishes, silverware, pots, etc. are back where you found them.
*All remotes are in working order & placed near the correct device and haven't been switched from one room/floor to another. *All TV cables are in correct placement and all TVs are in working order.
*Grill has been burned off and cleaned after use. Grill cannot be left dirty. *All 3 thermostats have been left at 64 degrees in the winter months and 72 degrees in the summer months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Security deposit HOLD of $1,000 via credit card required 4 days before arrival and will be released within 10 days after check out, minus any damages.
Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement within 14 days of booking confirmation.
