Additionally the private parking at the property is superb. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to the property in Wooler. "We recently stayed at May Cottage and it was just what we needed. The cottage is lovely and much bigger than we anticipated, especially the bedrooms - they’re a really big! "We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was perfect. The viwes are unbelievable. I Would highly recommend, we done the full journey by public transport ane it was so easy to get around without a car. We slept in and had to leave in a hurry at checkout and feel really bad about not having time to give the accommodation a proper clean before we left. "

"This place was fantastic. Location was great to visit all the towns nearby. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities. Lots of space to move around. The last evening was chilly so we had a fire and it really warmed the place up!"

"A beautiful property that was perfect for our needs. There were five adults and four children in our group and it catered, and was accessible, for all. Supermarkets are close, the views are fantastic, and the house itself was clean and tidy. We had to switch the timer off on the heating as it was very cold with it on but the house warmed up very quickly and it was really warm after a while. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone."

"The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things...
