Zuerst muss ich sagen dass ich mit dem Gastgeber sehr zufrieden war. Die Wohnung an sich ist in Ordnung.Verbesserungswürdig:Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt dann kriegt man nachts dauernd das Licht von Flur rein. Das stört sehr, ich weiss auch nicht warum das so oft an ist, das habe ich nicht raus gefunden. Da kann man aber bestimmt was machen. Im Haus riecht es nicht so gutDie Schlafcouch ist halt ne Schlafcouch.... Rückenschmerzen Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt

Klein aber fein!

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft gebucht, da wir den Mindener Weihnachtsmarkt besuchen wollten.Check in und Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter funktionierten reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Es war gemütlich und die Unterkunft beinhaltet alles, was man braucht.Wir hatten leider das Pech, das die Bewohner der Wohnung nebenan, (direkt an unserem Schlafzimmer), ziemlich oft herumgeschrien haben.Zuletzt was gehört und auf die Uhr geschaut, haben wir um 2Uhr Nachts.Die Matratze war wirklich super weich, man ist richtig darin versunken, dafür waren die Kopfkissen aber vergleichsweise echt hart. Dies ist aber eine Geschmackssache und soll nur eine Anregung sein.Für alle die bzgl des Wcs wert auf eine richtige Tür legen, das Bad hat eine Glasschiebetür die teils durchsichtig ist, Geräusche sind also durchaus hörbar.Ist denke ich nicht unwichtig.Da es draußen zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes recht kalt war, hatten wir natürlich die Heizkörper an, diese knacken bei auslastung hörbar.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung selbst gemütlich und auch die Küche ist top.Bzgl Badtür, Heizung, Matratze & Kopfkissen gibts aber verbesserungsbedarf.Gegen Nachbarn kann man nichts machen, aber wir sind wirklich mit Nackenschmerzen erwacht, also die Kissen ggf.etwas weicher gestalten und bzgl der Matratze einen mittleren Härtegrad wählen.
