Breakfast was included and dinner was reasonably priced and very delicious. Hotel will pick you up and drop you off if you schedule a day in advance. Rooms are very clean and meet basic needs. Hotel location has easy access to lifts (ski in) and a quick shuttle to other resorts and main entrance for Ishiuchi (highly recommend for getting rentals and tickets). This hotel does not provide any cleaning service besides cleaning trash cans and giving you two bottles of water. They do not clean your bathroom or make your bed, let alone changing bedsheets. Even upon request, the management team did not provide the necessary service. Although the staff is friendly and welcoming, you can sense that the Chinese owners really do not care about the guests and just want to save money in every way possible.
