Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar onsite was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Afternoon and evening snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel was in a central area close to shopping and options for train stations. Walkability was also a bonus. Great room amenities. Comfortable bed.

Good breakfast and onsen. Laundry was small compared to their hotels I stayed in other cities. This location was also clean but not as clean as the other locations I stayed in. Good location close to station and staff were helpfu. Good ice cream and ramen in the evening

Excellent central hotel in Nagano, very close to the station (around 5 min walk). We checked in late after the Shinkansen from Tokyo and the process was quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and twinned with Wendy’s so there was the option of a burger as well. Clean and tidy hotel.
