Walking distance to the beach, a park across the street, and a short walk to Mimizan Plage for stores and restaurants. Mimizan is a short drive for more stores and restaurants that are open year-round. The wifi/internet fast and I had no trouble connecting to Zoom for meetings. Das Haus war mit 5 Personen und einem Hund perfekt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen kann.In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand oder die Stadt.
