Great location, great staff, we loved the breakfast. It is a very nice hotel within walking distance to the beach and Mimizan Plage town center. It was very clean and staff did their best to keep us pleased. The only not so nice comment would be about noise insulation. Walls are like paper thin and we could hear absolutely everything our neighbors did and of course it meant they could hear us as well which is troubling. Not much privacy here and if you want to go to bed early and someone wants to watch TV, you'll be able to enjoy their program with them that you like it or not!
