The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. Only after about five minutes did the staff come back and tell us, oops, they'd been working off a bill for the wrong guest. There wasn't any apology. The room was barebones and the futons were thin and uncomfortable. The breakfast was so-so. There is no coffee maker in the room -- you have to pay extra for coffee from a machine. The baths were the only nice part of our stay, and very relaxing.
