The space:
This apartment was created with comfort and ease in mind. In-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen for baking or cooking almost anything, cosy corners to curl up with a book, fast WiFi, and table space for meals.

The space sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed.

- In the heart of the Deer District just one block from both Fiserv Forum and Baird Centre

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing. For reserved parking, we recommend Journal Commons Garage, 332 W State Lot, and Usinger Lot
- Street parking is often available throughout the area: metered parking with 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays (use MKE Park app to remotely pay the metre)

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorised guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
