Room was really small. Hair in the shower. Really noisy place. We could hear every door slam & foot stomp all night long. Convient place off the freeway but we’d probably never stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
Friendly check on, coffee in the lobby, clean appearance with modern details. I really enjoyed the fitness center! There were many more offerings than a typical hotel including kettle bells, a trx and slam balls.

5 night stay
Newer hotel tucked in a quiet business park, central to lots of shopping and dining options. Pros of this hotel include: friendly and accommodating staff, cleanliness, eco friendly, and location. Cons are: paper thin walls, mediocre breakfast offerings, tiny rooms with very limited closet space and soft seating. We will only stay here again if the price is right.

Overall very satisfied. Breakfast was delicious. Only negative is that the walls are thin. Could hear the couple in the next room having a late night romantic evening.

We awoke the first morning to find over 30 beetles, spiders and ladybugs on the ceiling and walls. We asked for a different room and we changed rooms. The evening desk clerk that helped us was very helpful and nice. The second room was fine. There is a moderate amount of traffic noise in the even numbered rooms. Breakfast selection was good.

Amazing stay!
Tru is always amazing and that’s why we always come back. Rooms are clean modern efficient- entire hotel is as well. Customer service is top notch. It’s everything I require from a hotel 😀Oh and the coffee is awesome too.

Back again and again.
We stayed at Tru back in August for a family reunion. It was clean, friendly staff and convenient to everything in the area. In September, we went back for an 80th birthday bash and stayed at Tru again. We were not disappointed. We'll definitely go back again and again.

Property was nice but our room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom toilet seat was completely up and hair on toilet and lots of hair in the shower. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

A little disappointed
My daughter and I each had a room. My room was great. My daughter's room bathroom was dirty. The floor was dirty, there was hair on the floor next to the toilet and in the shower.

The hotel lobby was clean. My room however did not feel as if it was fully clean on arrival. The walls are also extremely thin. You could pretty much hearing everything in the hall and at night the conversations of adjacent rooms. I initally booked for 2 nights. I stayed for 1 night and canceled this 2nd night in order to find a different hotel. There are much better quality hotels 5 minutes down the road that cost the same.
