This spacious (13Ksq ft) beautiful remodel has a 50s-era cottage feel where Fonzie and the gang are remembered like old family friends.
This corner lot house on a hill is set in a quiet Milwaukee neighborhood. You'll love the porch where you might have your morning coffee and look out down the beautiful mature tree-lined streets.
As you enter, you’ll go through the well-loved backyard to the back door and begin your experience at our cottage-like home. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, fire-pit, and Bar-B-Que grill and hot-tub!
Inside on the first floor, you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room, which are open and connected. This area is perfect for people to gather and relax, yet it has a cozy feel.
The kitchen is large and well-appointed with everything you might need for coffee and cooking. You can easily seat 8 in the dining room (6 at the table and 2 at the peninsula). There is also a large window seat just beyond the dining room table for extra seating.
The kitchen's peninsula counter and bar stools are a great place to set up when remote working. That's what I like to do when I'm there.
The living room has a queen-sized pull-out bed, a beautiful fireplace anchoring the space, and original leaded glass windows.
You have one full bedroom on the first floor, a twin daybed & trundle.
Upstairs, you’ll find the bathroom. To the right is the queen master bedroom. Opposite the hallway, you’ll find the bunks (twin over and under full). Both of these rooms have long walk-in closets. Down the hallway, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a twin bed.
Please note: -We take extra care with cleaning using hot water to sanitize all sheets; we thoroughly clean the bathroom and all other surfaces.

Guest access You will have access to all of the house except for the second bonus room that is kept for supplies. The back shed will also be locked. You will have self-check-in. Instructions will follow upon booking. Other things to note This house is on a hill. You will have a flight of stairs to ascend before reaching the ground level of the house. Please be mindful of your footing. The bathroom is on the second floor. The house is not accessible for those who have difficulty ascending. Quite neighborhood located close to so many activities and venues it made our stay very enjoyable. The house was great, plenty of rooms for us to have our own privacy along with a great back yard to have a cook out and fire - look forward to staying there again next time we come to the Milwaukee area.
Loved all the amenities, the doggo loved the yard, & it was so close to everything I wanted to do! I hope to come back again! I definitely felt like I could live in that house long term, it was so cozy!
Owners went the extra mile to make the stay comfy and cozy. Nice sheets, great beds, snacks to name a few! House was as pictured in photos and neighborhood was safe.
This home was perfect for our needs! Location was great, very clean home, comfortable bed, overall nice area. We would definitely stay here again! Response time from host was quick. Thank you ~
Great stay in Milwaukee. A great place to base yourself for a few days in town. Accurate listing. Backyard and patio were especially nice. Lots of little things had been thought of. Will come back the next time we are in town.
Great stay for a group of guys to go to a Brewers game. Reasonable walking distance from the stadium. Plenty of free street parking. Plenty of space and sleeping areas. Very responsive to messages.
The owner of this house really has guests comfort at the forefront of this VRBO property. The house was beautifully decorated but beyond that it has so many "extras" that I would never have expected, snacks, bottled water, coffee, beverages in the fridge etc.. I thought that generally if It I needed it, it was provided. Great place to stay.
I didnt realize that the hot tub was not available in winter months. The listing notes that the ambient temp needs to be 45 but honestly, just say its only available may- september. The house is old, charming, tidy and comfortable with plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. The beds we slept in were very cozy. Hot water takes a while to make it to the bathroom but you're on vacation- whats the rush. This is out of their control but there is massive road construction all around the home (3/2026). Its close to the city and there is a wonderful coffee shop 5 minutes away. The host was super responsive, left snacks for us and water in the fridge- such a nice thing to find in a new place. Thank you!
A nice place to stay. The listing had 1.5 listed, but it is just 1. Wasn't an issue for me or those who came with me. It was clean and spacious. Couldn't find extra paper towels and the toilet paper was 1-ply, so recommend bringing your own.
This home was so welcoming and easy to stay at! Without fuss, I cooked up groceries we bought and walked the dog to a near by park. After dinner we took a short drive to play darts and were welcomed by the neighborhood bar as if we were locals. When my husband snored too loud, the additional guest rooms were just as comfortable as the master. The sweet sitcom decor reminds you to appreciate the history you can still feel in the home; the backyard was wonderful and secure; the kitchen made sense and was easy to work in - can't wait to come back when it's warmer!
Place was as advertised, and was clean and comfortable. While we didn't pick this house for the Happy Day/L&S theme, we enjoyed it and marveled at that the considerable effort that went into making the space pretty darn authentic! Street parking was always available out front. For some, the stairs to get from the street level to to the house might be a consideration - it was not for us. It was especially nice to find some snacks and cold beverages waiting for us. The front porch is WONDERFUL place to relax - it is shaded with a great breeze, and was an especially fun during a rain storm - we enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning and a cold beer on the porch in the evening.
Christine was a fantastic host! The house was great and so was the neighborhood. The house was super clean, and the little extras were greatly appreciated. I love morning jogs...the neighborhood was safe and I even received a couple of waves and "good mornings" from others. The house was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. I highly recommend Christine's place!!
