Great stay!

Had a great overnight stay at this hotel! Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how they were invested in their guests visit (ie. decorated the lobby to celebrate various local graduations, etc). The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a great stay and will save this hotel for future visits!

Canceled my reservation without reaching out to me because the hotel was overbooked. Found out about it upon check-in around 3:45 pm. Poor woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do about it because there are no managers on duty on Saturdays. After an hour+ of talking with IHG corporate, they call me back and say they finally were able to get me a room (1bed), but it’s not the room I booked (2 beds). I just assumed it would be discounted or comped. No, they cannot do that, they said. I’d have to talk to Expedia. Expedia told me to contact IHG corporate. I ended up try to sleep on a pull out couch (6’3”), while wife and kids shared the king. The place is nice, clean, great breakfast, but you can tell the whole operation is shoddy and disorganized.

Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. The lobby and breakfast areas were updated and clean. The breakfast selection was good. The elevator and hallway carpets were in need of cleaning. Our bathroom lacked a fan and one of the lights flickered on and off at times. The staff we deal with were all pleasant and professional.
