Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony, stay productive with fast WiFi and multiple workspaces, or work up a sweat in the building\`s fitness center. Located close to top dining, entertainment, and local attractions, this is your ideal home base for exploring the city. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a dining table/workspace. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, smart TV, private balcony, in-unit laundry, dining table, additional workspace/dining table via Murphy bed, and 24-hour fitness center Location: \- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars Parking: \- Parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn\`t enforced).
