The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Community room with pool table, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, dining/work table, private balcony, walk-in closet, and in-unit laundry Location: \- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars Parking: \- Reserved parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on Jackson St and on Pleasant St \- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on east side of Water St \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn\`t enforced).
