Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine. The space: HVAC systems are controlled by the building\`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we\`ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two. We were able leave our vehicle parked and walk to restaurants, a museum, an architecture and history river tour and the concert making our visit very enjoyable. The beautiful historical building where the apartment is located is a unique setting for housing. Beds were comfortable. It is student housing so it isn’t fancy.
