Soak in a 7-person hot tub with breathtaking city views! This modern condo, perched on a hill above the Milwaukee River, offers sweeping panoramic views of the city. Located just a 10-15 minute walk from North Ave, Brady St, and downtown, this unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces, in-unit laundry, WiFi, 2 flat-screen TVs, and a large 29x10 porch with patio furniture. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

The main level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, and office space. The living room also has a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper. The condo is adorned with charming wood shutters and 2 gas fireplaces. The lofted master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath features a shower, soaking tub, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the expansive 29x10 private patio with stunning city skyline views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace. Cable TV is available through the AT&T Direct Stream app.

* Important Information:
- To finalize your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Rentals exceeding 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- To lock the front door, lift the handle before turning the key.
- Please do not tamper with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided, but you may use any left by previous guests. Please supervise the grill at all times and clean it after use.

*Hot Tub Guidelines:
- The hot tub is available from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Consult a doctor before use if you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, or are elderly.
- Young children should not use the hot tub. If a minor uses it, they must be supervised at all times.
- The hot tub’s pH level is tested daily and maintained at a safe level.
- Do not remove the time-released chlorine device from the hot tub.
- The temperature is set to 100 degrees, below the legal maximum of 104 degrees.
- Limit hot tub use to 15 minutes at a time.
- Alcohol is not allowed in the hot tub.
- Rinse swimsuits with water before use to prevent altering the pH level.
- Use a shock treatment container after each use.
- Any soaps, bath products, or food in the tub will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
- No glass near or in the hot tub; a $200 cleaning fee applies for broken glass.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use.
- White particles in the water are normal due to bromide sanitizing.
- By using the hot tub, you agree to protect the host, owner, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses related to its use, including injury or property damage.

Wonderful stay with fabulous views of the city

We just enjoyed a short 2 night stay but wish it was longer. We loved the beds- slept great! The couch was comfy and great for a nap. Kitchen was well stocked and everything so clean.

Fun girls' Trip

The place was perfect for a few nights to getaway for a girls' trip to Milwaukee. It was about a 30 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views on the patio, and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Excellent view of city of milwaukee

Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Milwaukee for a basketball game. The master suite was amazing, and other two bedrooms worked well for each couple. A good sized family room with TV and kitchen had everything we needed. Large windows everywhere. A nice deck with hot tub but we didn’t use it in January, although would be perfect for outdoor times in other seasons.

Great Location - Great Views!

This property was just what we were looking for. Good location within walking distance of a local brewery and all that Brady Street has to offer. Perfect view of the city! The porch was a great place to sit and enjoy good conversation. House was clean and provided everything we needed!

Convenient Milwaukee location

The super convenient property location works very well for walks along the riverfront, bike rides on awesome Oak Leaf bike trail(lakefront access) and a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the Brady Street area. We enjoyed a great 4 day stay.

Lots of warm natural light

Stayed here with our family for a belated holiday get together. Perfect for the 6 of us. Lots of natural light. House was close to the Riverwalk and a great view. The driveway accommodated 2 cars with easy instructions for street parking for our 3rd car. There were a few games at the house, pantry spices, oils, nice variety of utensils. No foil, plastic bags or Saran when we were there, just an FYI. Hot tub was a nice feature. The loft bedroom is beautiful and huge, but you can hear what’s going on in the kitchen if there are still people sleeping upstairs and others are awake. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Stay here! Awesome apartment with all that you need. Very clean and cozy with 2 fireplaces. Hot tub is great, too! Hosts are super thoughtful, even leaving a cinnamon pastry for us to enjoy on our first morning. Walking distance to Lakeside Brewery across the street and down the stairs.

Easy and Relaxing

We had a perfect few days at this property- activities in the city and relaxing nights in the hot tub under the stars and overlooking downtown. Great space for us to share with our teens- many board games played at the kitchen table and some local “hikes” too. Clear communication with the owner and easy process all around. We’ll be back!

Winter adventure

We took 3 young adults snowboarding over winter break. This VBRO was fantastic! The hot tub and view were perfect for aching muscles. Washer/dryer are high quality which kept our gear ready from day to day. Love the natural light provided by sky lights. Would love to come back!

Amazing location and home!

My fiance and I stayed here with our parents for a Marquette basketball game weekend and it was the perfect home and location for our weekend festivities. The host, Lisa, responded to all of my questions/inquiries within minutes. The house is very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable, lots of linens, cozy fireplaces. We want to come back in the summer so we can take advantage of the patio! Gorgeous views of Milwaukee.

Nice place to stay but a few issues

This was a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed our trip. The biggest problem was the two flights of stairs to get to the unit and we had a grandparent with us. Also, the air was set to go off every two hours so when we came back at night, it was roasting and took hours to cool down. Also, there is no tv in two of the bedrooms. Otherwise very nice.

View and Location

Booth Upper was Amazing!! The view is something else. Yo u get the full Milwaukee skyline it is rare to get such a view. The place we perfectly clean and everything was exactly as in the listing. The hot tub is a huge plus for this listing. We didn't use it a ton since it was extremely hot out, but if you got a cooler day it would have epic. Location is also king for the listing. During our stay we were able to a little 5-15 walk to Up Down, bars on brady st, and Lake Front Brewery for the tour. Also Uber or Lyft to anywhere else downtown is then much cheaper. Overall great stay, the owner really cares about this property. Thanks Again.

Californians in Milwaukee - 3 Nights

My wife and I brought our 15 year old grandson to Milwaukee to go to a couple of baseball games. Saw this place on VRBO and thought it looked amazing, appeared spacious and less expensive and confining than a pair of hotel rooms. All were true. First of all, the neighborhood the property is located in is old. So, if you’re looking for new and upscale this may not be to your liking. If you like a more “local”, neighborhood flare this is a great place. You can walk to grocery stores and local restaurants (E. Brady St). Again…it’s an older area so don’t expect new, high-end, fancy fare. We used UBER to get around the city. Cars were plentiful and easy/quick to get. We had the upper unit of this house. So we had a great view of the city skyline. Lots of construction along the river (building apartments) so it’s a bit nosy during the day. I’m sure it will be beautiful in another few months/years when construction is completed. The upper unit was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for ‘cleanliness of property’ was the outside. The vegetation around the perimeter was overgrown and not real attractive which detracted from the property. That said, walking around the area, it appears landscaping or lawn care is not a high priority so this is likely the norm. So, if you’re looking for an older, quiet neighborhood with local feel this is a great place. If you’re looking for new, upscale and lots of activity look elsewhere.

Amazing Milwaukee Spot

Loved everything about this place. Spacious, nice, well stocked, great view of the city. Really liked how it was close enough to the city to get there in 10 minutes, but far enough to have some quiet and privacy. Not sure if I’ll ever visit Milwaukee again but I will definitely look for this place again if I do.

COLTS PACKERS WEEKEND

Guys trip. Six of us went up to watch the Colts and the Packers play this weekend. This place is awesome. Right above the riverwalk. Short walk fown the stairs yo Lakefront Brewery. Balconys are awesome, beautiful city view. Cant go wrong at this place. Highly recommended!
