Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best of any hotel we've stayed at. Location was pretty good for activities in downtown area. Room was very nice: good size, nice shower. The Knickerbocker on the Lake
Cool and clean as a muuug. Definitely would stay there again…one of the hallways looked like the scene from the shining, don’t be discouraged there were no ghost twins at any point. 5 stars
