Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unreliable - accepted & confirmed my booking then cancelled minutes later, left stranded… bear in mind I have paid in full and now I have to wait a week for my refund. Communication and follow through a disappointment. Ruined my weekend for sure. Thinking of booking! Good luck Charlie..
