You'll find this adorable and peaceful home offers cozy living areas and a charming retro-style kitchen, complete with modern conveniences such as WiFi, heating, and air conditioning. This wonderful property also boasts a bar room perfect for entertaining, both a propane and charcoal grill for cooking outdoors, a rope swing leading into the river from a majestic live oak tree, two kayaks, a canoe, and your own private boat dock. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and a relaxing front porch swing. We've provided everything you need for a restful getaway. We welcome your pets and offer a dedicated, air-conditioned pet shed with indoor/outdoor access located next to the house. 10-minute drive to charming downtown Milton, 30-minutes to the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of America. Great stay in Milton

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and roomy enough for our family of 7. We only cooked once during our stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots, pan, and baking tray. The beds were all very comfortable, and the house is beautifully decorated. The hosts were wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
