This exquisite 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy floor plan, boasting tasteful décor and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to create unforgettable meals. Owners provide 12 beach chairs and a beach umbrella! Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect place for our beach vacation with family. There was plenty of gathering space for four families in the kitchen/living area, while also many places throughout the house for space and seclusion for those of us who were working remotely throughout the day. The views were beautiful, the house was clean and cozy, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The availability of bikes & a beach wagon was a nice extra touch. We lived in the screened in porches! My literal only complaint is the loud squeaky bed, not because it wasn't comfortable to sleep in, but because we were sharing a room with a baby in a pack-n-play (which there was plenty of room for!) and we kept waking him up just by rolling over. lol Otherwise, ten out of ten.
