This three bedroom home is spacious and inviting. With large living areas, multiple porches and some casual space on the ground level, there is room for everyone to spread out. Owner has had dog in unit but NOT Pet Friendly All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. The kitchen was an important asset as we cooked our own meals quite often. It was well accomodated and had newer appliances which was great. Our only issue was the lack of a good knife or two. The ones available were poor, dull and practically unusable. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were also updated, clean and very nice. Broadkill beach is a quiet and nice area to take families. This year, the bugs were expecially bad and it's a shame there isn't some way to control that. ##### Gerard R. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean and well maintained. Aside from the mosquitoes which we were told was a really bad year for them we liked the location to the beach.
