Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest." ..."
