  • This sunny apartment is located on the top floor of a historic villa and offers a unique view of the lake and the mountains from its large southwest-facing balcony. The apartment features a large bedroom with a sitting area and access to the balcony, a spacious kitchen-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher and dining table, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided.
    Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

    The villa is located directly on the shore and along the lakeside promenade of Lake Millstatt.
    The property features private access to the lake with a swimming dock and a garden where you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade under old trees.
