It is a bit darker inside than the pictures show (large trees shade the property) it is close to some redwoods (very pretty) and it is smack dab in a neighborhood. Over all it was perfect for our 2-day stay. You walk up a slanted driveway to the stairs (on your right) and have to drag luggage up so probably not great for a senior citizen. We probably would not have used the deck as it is shared with other tenants. The only problem we encountered is that we had a huge SUV and it was stressful parking at the garage because two cars are supposed to be able to park there- and there are two street spaces behind you where neighbors park. We would have been trapped in the space had the large truck behind us not left right before we did. If you have a smaller car it should be fine.
