Every detail was perfect! Upscale, beautiful and comfy house with everything you could want for a fun mountain retreat. Great views, on the lake with canoes and SUP, hot tub with tv, big outdoor deck, upscale kitchen with fancy coffee bar... a long list of amenities that transform a regular stay in a great vacation! Also, easy proximity to other towns in NC. We, 4 adults, 2 teens, truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything! It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen left no utensil or tool to be desired, and there were plenty of fun things to do. We all enjoyed the lake- swimming in it, SUP’ing, canoeing, and kayaking. The hill down to the lake is very steep, but we all managed just fine. The snacks and the coffee/tea bar were fantastic. This house exceeded all expectations- it’s even better than the pictures. The front porch was great for mornings, the back great for evenings. What a breathtaking place this is!Absolutely gorgeous. Immediately as my family and I walked in we felt right at home. The house had everything that made our stay as cozy and comfortable as possible. Towels, bath cloths, extra comforters and pillows and closet hangers! In the bathroom they had complementary shampoo and conditioner and body wash, hair blow dryer and sealed toothbrush w/ paste in case you forgot to take. A kitchen completely Stocked up with cooking and dining utensils,sponge, dish soap,coffee machine alongside the coffee and syrups, laundry room and detergent. We even found a few condiments and packs of water in the pantry. The hosts were also so nice. They are great with communication and made my family and I feel welcome. First off, Andres and Jacqueline were extremely responsive and accommodating, going way above and beyond to make our stay even more elevated. The newly renovated cabin was furnished/outfitted to address all of our needs and wants. It was pleasant having a flat yard to play fetch with our dog and a level driveway us Floridians felt comfortable driving down, but also a waterfront mountain lake property with great views in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I will forever cherish sitting on the front porch enjoying the sunset and watching the fireflies come out, enjoying the slight breeze in the afternoons suntanning on the lake-front dock in the backyard, and late night hot tub soaking followed by playing the infinity game table.
