In the off season ideal for snowbirds, or individual's who are relocating, traveling for work or renovating and seeking interim accommodations. The house is located on a 18000 sq/ft property beautifully landscaped. The property has a park like setting. Could be described an an "Adult Playground" with an Octagon Gazebo, swing, functioning water wheel, hot tube, fountain, flowers, shrubs, garden, sitting areas for guests to relax and enjoy. Entry to the suite is ground level with French doors. Just outside the entry is a large covered deck with close access to the hot tub. When you enter there’s a new kitchen with all appliances and attach family room area. The family room has a sofa bed that is queen sized. The suite has one very large bedroom with two floating king beds, a large second bedroom with a queen bed, a three piece washroom, and private laundry room. Everything was perfect. Dwight was an amazing host and gave us exceptional care. He greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and easy to talk to. The space was larger and nicer than expected for the price we paid. Dwight did an amazing job on this space. We used the hot tub after a long day in Victoria and it was a perfect end to the night to sit back and relax and enjoy our time. We had a few questions about the hot tub and Dwight was instantly available to show us how to work it. Check in and check out was easy. Place was very clean and very nice. Plentiful parking in the driveway. If we were missing anything (and very little was missing), Dwight would bring it to our door in a minute. It was even more pleasant than it looked in the pictures on the VRBO site, and it smelled fresh and new. Mostly brand new appliances and a beautiful gas fireplace. The bed was just as comfortable as our new, expensive bed at home. The yard was spectacular, even in late autumn, and we saw Salt Spring Island from the windows. The neighbourhood was beautiful and pleasant to walk in, and it is just a 4-minute drive to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc. We would gladly return. ##### Laura W.
