"Clean room and pretty comfortable. Only a few complaints: 1) It was clear that the door to the room was previously tampered with (looked like someone tried to break through it) and it didn’t close easily. As a woman traveling alone, it didn’t instill much confidence in my safety in the room. 2) The TV had basic cable but no smart TV option to sync with Netflix or other streaming services, so very limited viewing was available. I would almost prefer no TV compared to that. "

"The hotel is basic which is exactly what it advertised. It was very clean and the room was set up with what you need. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. They called to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. We stayed 1 night and is in very nice area and close to the airport."

"This hotel is in an excellent location right on the harbor in Victoria. It is a beautiful property near many dining options. We enjoyed walking around the property and the areas nearby on the harbor. The kids really enjoyed the pool at this hotel, and the Aura restaurant onsite is very nice as well."

"Everything was very clean, and the room was perfect. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent and very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."
