YOUR OWN SPACE TO SETTLE IN

Fern Garden Suite is a private, self-contained, garden-level one-bedroom suite. It is part of our home, while offering you a completely private suite on the backyard/garden level to enjoy throughout your stay. Situated in Langford, we are conveniently located for exploring Victoria, the West Shore and Sooke.

With your own private entrance and exclusive use of the backyard and garden, you can enjoy both indoor comforts and outdoor moments throughout your stay.

Every choice we’ve made has been intentional, with our guests at the forefront. Collected furnishings, soft textures and useful little comforts create a space that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive.

SLOW MORNINGS & QUIET EVENINGS

Begin your morning with coffee or tea outside, surrounded by the garden. Take your time deciding what the day will hold: exploring Vancouver Island, visiting loved ones or simply enjoying a few unhurried hours together.

Two covered seating areas offer different ways to unwind. Curl up beneath the hanging ferns in the covered lounge, or settle into the more intimate sitting area with soft blankets, evening lights and an overhead patio heater for cooler evenings.

After a day out, return to your own garden retreat. Open a book, enjoy a game together or sit and talk as the evening settles around you.

RESTFUL NIGHTS

The bedroom invites you to settle into a plush king-size bed with a premium Novaform ComfortGrande mattress and crisp, 100% cotton bedding.

Whether you’ve spent the day sightseeing or taking things slowly, it’s a comfortable place to end the day and wake ready for another.

COMFORT WITH CHARACTER

In the living area, a green corduroy sofa, antique secretary desk and electric stove-style fireplace bring warmth and character to the room. Collected details give the suite its timeless feel, while leaving you space to relax and make yourself comfortable.

Enjoy a quiet evening indoors, linger over conversation or simply put your feet up. There’s no need to fill every moment.

THE EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare breakfast, make a favourite meal or enjoy a relaxed evening in. In-suite laundry makes longer visits easier, and complimentary parking adds convenience to your stay.

The spacious bathroom includes soft towels, an oversized vanity mirror, a full-length mirror tucked behind the door and a lighted magnifying mirror—practical details chosen to help you settle into your daily routine comfortably.
