"Sean and Sarah were fantastic hosts. We ended up staying over 40 nights while waiting on our home build to be finalized, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house is cozy, comfortable, and felt like home right away. Our young kids absolutely loved seeing the cows every day. It became part of our routine.The sunsets were unreal. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with great hosts and a warm, welcoming feel, this is it. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Everyday they gave us clean towels, made the bed, etc! Not once did I see a bug! The Best Western NOT ONCE did they clean the room, take out the trash, give us clean towels, make the bed!! Plus they have a SERIOUS STINK BUG INFESTATION…. To the point they have a sign saying they won’t give returns or discounts because of their infestation The Quality Inn IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!"

"Michelle is great at communicating and was very patient with us. We had weather issues and were 3 days late in arriving. Her place is great and very comfortable. She has a well equipped kitchen and has many thoughtful items to make it a very pleasant stay."

"We loved our stay at this property. Having the entire place to ourselves with so much beautiful land around us was incredible, and our dog absolutely loved being able to run freely. We specifically wanted to stay away from the busy tourist areas like Gatlinburg, and this location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and slow-paced, which gave our family much-needed quality time together.Richard is an excellent host and Carrie is a fantastic property manager. Both were incredibly responsive, friendly, and understanding throughout our stay. Just a quick note for future guests: the gravel/dirt driveway is uphill, and our minivan initially struggled getting up it when it was pouring rain as we arrived. Carrie later took care of it, and it was much easier afterward.Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!"
