Frigo bar mezzo vuoto. Cameriere invadenti che già alle 9,30 bussano. SPA cara e a pagamento....noi, clienti dell'albergo, 28€ per un'ora! "The place was charmingly quaint. A bit off the beaten path, but literally along the ski slopes. Ski-in ski-out hotel with access to the Sellaronda (but don't miss the last lift or you're in for a 40 min taxi ride around the mountain). The place was spectacular, I'd totally stay here again"

"It was isolated, it was the only building in the road so it is ok for an overnight stop but that’s about it. Little things need attention, eg. new sun blinds, Wifi was temperamental. No elevator. Buffet breakfast had a very poor selection. The bedroom door lock was insanely clunky, we were very concerned it would annoy others staying there - like not just loud but clunky crazy. And the bathroom door squeezed like I’ve never heard a squeak before. Little things that are easy to fix should be fixed. Again, ok for an o night stop but nothing more. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again. "
