The property is pet friendly. Desk manager chise to select our room which happened to be in the dog kennal section. Three dogss of various size ...left in their rooms barked fir four hours until 11:30 at night. Four phone calls to front desk resulted in nothing but an offer to change rooms ...which we declined. My recommendation to you is to ask if your room is in the kennel section and decline the room

The included breakfast deal it’s a rip off. They charge over $20 per breakfast and the option is either a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant a mini cereal box or a Greek yogurt with a bottle of juice. Wish bought anywhere else it cost less than $5. But in the advertising it sells it as a continental breakfast. Also the cooling system in my room was not working. I did call the next day and someone did come up and fix it right away. There was a morning front desk lady on Saturday 4/20/24 that I failed to get her name but was rude and unhelpful. I asked to see if I could get refunded for my Sunday breakfast ticket since I was not going to use it after seeing their breakfast menu that morning and she was unhelpful. Than I asked for menu to the different restaurants around she looked at me like if I was crazy then looked annoyed at the fact that she had to get up off her seat to look for the menu’s and then just handed me 2 of the same menu’s. I was very upset with that specific staff service. Not helpful and not people friendly.

Our room was great. Bed comfortable room very clean and updated. Hallway rug needs to be replaced and air filters intake and exchange were dirty in hallways? Staff very helpful.

It started out poor. Either the hotel or Expedia screwed up an upgrade we were offered for a slight price increase. I didn’t bother with blame, no use. Hotel gave me a nice price reduction without even asking for it. Hotel breakfast is kind of a joke. Skip it.

Only complaint I had was there was racial music being played by the pool by it seemed adults who were drinking out of red solo cups my guess alcohol my daughter is 9 I didn’t want her around that so we chose to pack up and go to our room

There are ants in the pool area all over the floor like hundred’s of them and the hot tub is out of order they never said that it was broken and the room has a broken bead and dirty walls not happy I’ve been here before and it was soo good I don’t know what happened this time around

Extortion for $100. And I have to wait to get it
It’s getting such a low rating because of the $100 hold you put upon my account even after already paying for the whole of the room. Then a $100 hold. And that taken right away then I have to wait 3 days or more to get it put back into my account. Mind you I already paid for the room the whole thing. Thats why 1 star

Overall ok, but continental breakfast staff available one day( out sick 10 days), room cleaning not available some days ( not holiday) and wanted to charge for parking because we booked via 3 rd party. Jacob at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Sad they put in a 5 dollar parking fee and it just seem unjust with a empty parking lot. They use to have a service bar where the front desk would try to make you a drink, now there only what's in a cooler next to front desk for wine. Breakfast service has been taken away. (so you have to go elsewhere). there 3 other hotels near buy and we have stay at the Holiday Inn and a complementary breakfast buffet. Most likely go there again.

It was very loud every night i was there. I didn’t sleep. I called the front desk one night after some circus type tune kept playing I. Intervals for 2 hours. Front desk was rude about it and didn’t care to assist. Room was dirty and blood was on the sheets when I pulled the comfortable down. At various times, someone rattled my door knob in the middle of the night both to my front door in the hallway and the connecting door that I thankfully had made sure was locked. It was a terrible stay. There was a dog barking throughout the night and morning for two nights out of my three as if people left a dog unattended all night. Real bummer. Too much money for this experience.
