Arrived in my room noticed pillows looked like someone had slept on them, pulled back covers and bed sheet was dirty with short dark hair, long hair and crumbs. Absolutely disgusting. Cleaners obviously hoped we wouldn’t notice. They gave us another room, but was to weirded out to use anything in kitchen. Towels also were a very poor quality. Overall don’t recommend.

Very nice, front desk was polite at check in. The room was nice and spacious and comfy. Breakfast was nice the next morning, had the eggs and some sausage and oatmeal :)

Beware that this place cares more about its extened stay customer than poeple that are passing threw. One entire side is for extended stay people actually live here like a car center very odd for a hotel

Clean and Quiet
Me and my boyfriend have made it a tradition to get a room for NYE and this 2024 year was no different. This was our second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a nice out of the way hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or pick up items needed for your stay. We are already looking to book for our annual Fourth of July stay soon..

This hotel was outstanding!!
Amazing hotel. Amazing location. Everything you need to shop, eat, relax…it’s all within a 3 minute drive. Very clean hotel. Very quiet. FREE LAUNDRY was so nice for the 2 week stay.

The suite was very clean, roomy and comfortable!! The staff was very friendly and it was wonderful to have a guest laundry facility to use at no cost!!! My husband and I were very pleased and impressed!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We made our uncle’s dream of going to see his favorite team the Cincinnati Reds come true and the suite was part of the experience. The adjoining rooms were very clean and roomy. Breakfast was a plus since we were able spend family time in lieu of searching for a breakfast place. Definitely would stay there again. Thank You to Parker at the front desk for his assistance with finding other places to visit.

I wish our stay was longer because it was such a pleasant surprise to find a full kitchen, with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice maker! I loved the living area and separate bedroom. Felt like your own apartment. This would be ideal for longer stays. The shower was AMAZING!! The bed was so comfortable and the room itself modern and clean. Loved the charging stations tucked everywhere around the suite. The free hot breakfast was tasty and the staff was courteous and even called to inquire that the room was to our liking! Great job Staybridge!!

PHENOMENAL
Our stay was PHENOMENAL! I was in town for 3 days for an art festival and the moment I walked into lobby I knew that I would not regret my stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and new! The staff were so friendly and this will be our go to whenever we're in the area. Our room was extremely spacious and I loved the fact we had a full kitchen (even a dhishwasher) and laundry/dryer is included. My husband was in awe of the gym.

Probably best in the area
Very nice hotel with plenty of food choices close by. Nice staff. Size of suites extremely impressive and especially nice to have a full fridge, a microwave, stove and a toaster.

Best stay in a long long time
Best hotel we have stayed in in a long long time. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was awesome and very quiet and the fan for hearing it air conditioning was perfect when it was on, I like noise when going to sleep. The nightlight in the bathroom was awesome and something I was thinking all hotels should have.
