Very clean & the couch is comfy. As we were in town to help relatives, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the property outside, but it was quite pretty. CH1 is the first floor unit. It is well-insulated sound-wise, except that the floors creak when the people upstairs walk— we’re light sleepers & that woke us up a couple of times. The driveway has a VERY steep short hill, which was okay in the summer but I’d be cautious about renting it in the winter. The hosts were great & kept in touch without being obtrusive.
