Nice little place with a beautiful view

Our stay has been great. Don And Ginny are so nice and welcoming. Breezy One was perfect for my mom and I while my son stayed at dreams park. It’s only 1.5 miles away from the park so it was a convenient location to go back between games if there was a longer gap between games.

This tiny house was everything we needed and more. The views were spectacular, the house was super clean, and the laundry area was tidy with supplies available. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the Cooperstown area. The house is literally one minute from the field and you can hear the cheering from the park on your back porch.

Fabulous property, tremendous hosts

We were absolutely thrilled with this cozy cabin RIGHT DOWN THE STREET from dreams park. It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.
