Enjoy a peaceful stay at this central, SOUTH SIDE unit. This newly renovated 2 bdrm is in pristine condition. We offer beautiful linens, tasteful and simple decor and fast Wi-fi.
This lower level/basement unit is private and secure. The neighborhood is excellent and is within walking distance of walking trails and uptown restaurants (1/2 mile away). Please note there is a unit above this featured unit (duplex: 2 total units in the home).
We offer the added convenience of an attached garage. Please bring your bike or equipment - we can accommodate!

This featured two bedroom unit on the lower level is accessible by one flight of stairs. There is a queen bed and a twin bed in the larger bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom.
This unit is BRAND NEW from the studs to the new appliances, lighting and cabinets. We had architectural plans drawn and maximized every square inch of this home for impeccable convenience and versatility. An en-suite washer and dryer is available for your use.
You will be provided with a four digit keypad code within 24 hours of your arrival. Easy-peasy!

This home is located just a few blocks from SCL/HRH/Intermountain Health. Enjoy the extra on-site parking - there is a space that can be used for trailer or RV parking.
If you plan on staying for a while, please enjoy the garden spot! If you need a place for kids to play, there is a fenced in area where great mud-pies can be served! We also have a pack `n` play, high chair and plenty of toys/books. 1) Please do not pour grease down the drains. 2) Please be aware that someone lives in the upper unit. Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. 3) Please remove shoes upon entry. There is a shoe rack and a boot tray provided for you right in front of your door. 4) Please no vaping or smoking any substance inside the unit.
