"The host, Guiseppe was very accommodating. The ferries were not running to the Aeolian islands due to weather conditions, and this place was available. We were fortunate that we stayed here on such short notice and with quick entry to property. Very close to ferry, cafes, and shops. Parking is a little hectic, but we found spots close to apartment. Thx again Guiseppe!"

"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Donna Rosa Hotel provided the best customer service we experienced anywhere in Italy and Sicily. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and assisted us with everything we needed. They helped arrange a boat trip, assisted with laundry and luggage, and took the time to explain local customs and recommend wonderful places to visit. Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. If you are looking for a place where people truly care about your experience, I highly recommend Donna Rosa Hotel. We would gladly stay here again and thank the entire team for making our trip so memorable."
