Tram lines # 1 and # 14 direct towards the center stop near the house. The apartment of about 55sqm with very positive and welcoming tones is composed of an entrance hall with a living room equipped with a queen-size sofa bed, TV, dining table and a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. /freezer.
