Fist of all the bed was sunken, second of all the entire toilet bowl was moving, which it is very dangerous to seat in it as I fear that the toilet will break, but also the cleaning lady was very rude to me as I went outside, as I don’t speak Italian, she yelled at me in Italian,even she shout to me when I was trying to dump my trash she rudely yelled “can you dump the trash” or some variation of rude comments. I will not come back here ever again and I will tell all of my friends never to book this hotel ever again for my entire life

The property was tidy with very clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. Towels were changed every 2nd day and the host communication was excellent. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 50m of the property and the public transport is very good and regular. The only reason I gave an overall 4* rating is that cosmetically the property could do with a fresh coat of paint and some 'snagging' work, but this is minor and really did not detract from an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again

The apartment itself was good. Lots of space. The beds were OK, but not great. 10 min walk to the Centrale Station. The neighborhood isn't great. There are no dining or entertainment options. Lots of graffiti and the smell of urine on the street.

The location is very good, it’s only one of the showers is very small, the washing machine is very complicated to use, no toaster, on of the mattress is very old because it is sunken in in the middle, and no fan in main bath room. Besides these it is in a very good spot

Property area feels safe - you will feel safe to sleep with your family/kids. You can leave your things in the apartment/room SAFE. It’s very close to Milano Centrale- that means trains/bus taxi is easily accessible- Malpensa AirPort Express train direct train in less than hour. Place is just 15 steps away from Metro train - Isola station. 10 minutes to Duomo/ Milan cathedral. Place provided welcome water, coffee maker, microwave and a huge fridge. Everything in this place is newly built and fully furnished, very clean- spotless. Towels and bed sheets are new. Bed very comfortable even the sofa bed. Bathroom is almost Hotel sized. There is a strong flush to the toilet; the shower is excellent, the heater and air-con new /quiet. They even give you a Map of Milan to help you navigate on your vacation. Very strong wifi that 4 persons can even stream movies all at same time, no problem. Very tech savvy with the codes and video on how to access the place. Communication/chat with property staff is excellent. Would recommend highly with family

The room is really compact. It is very well located to the train station. It was clean but could use some maintenance. The air conditioner looks like it has been leaking water for some time so we did not use it.

The location is good, it’s near the metro and train station. It’s quiet and there are lots of dining options. The apartment was spacious however there was only 1 1/2 bath instead of 2 baths as the other washroom doesn’t have a shower. Also, there seems to be a problem with the shower cause every time we showered, there would be water on the floor. The communication was good and we were able to leave our luggages at their office after our check out.

Overall it was a clean properly and very spacious. It was more like 1-bedroom apartment with a very small kitchen. While we did not use the kitchen it can be useful for family with kids. We found the access to be a bit tough as the elevator was extremely small and had a tough time accommodating luggage. The wifi connection was poor but we had good cell coverage. This is something to watch out for. Also there was a constant foul odor from the sewage in the bathroom which was main con here. I am hoping the host can address this. The location is good and is walkable to milan centrale. The host here wanted us to provide all passport and city tax before they can share the access codes. The other places we stayed in Naples and Fiorence asked for it after we got into the room. I felt i had to constantly communicate with them rather than them being proactive. Particularly this can be an issue since this was this was the first location we flew in late at night. I would recommend if the host can be more flexible here. Also they don’t provide any breakfast coupons unlike the other B&B places we stayed. Overall except for the foul smell which did bother us it was good.

Fantastic apartment and location for a group of 8
I have just returned from a fantastic stay at Milan retreats. The apartment was a great size and location, just one stop on the metro from central and a few more from duomo Milan. We accessed lake como within one hour door to door. The airport Lin was 20 minute cab ride €20 and malpensa airport cab was €320 so we decided to take the train which was one hour and very easy. The host was brilliant was communicating with us and answered any questions really quickly including tips for places we wanted to go and places we didn’t know about. The host Jerome was checking in on our comfort regularly and was really lovely to us. The apartment was really really safe and secure with coded gates and our key was ready in a key lock outside the apartment when we got there and all we had to do on check out was place the key back into the locked hold. I will be booking to stay here again!!

Very close to the train station. We were only here only one night, and we appreciated the security, quiet, and access to restaurants. Access instructions were clear and easy. Having stayed at another Milan Retreat property, this one was fully functional but not nearly as attractive. The decor is all in shades of industrial gray, and there is an interesting lack of electriclal outlets. I had to charge my phone overnight in the kitchen area (not really a kitchen) because there was no outlet in the bedroom. There were ants in the kitchen area and bathroom. The shower doors were surprisingly hard to open, and the toilet paper has to sit on the nearbuy bidet because there is no holder on the wall--little things that feel disruptive.

This was a charming property near Milano Centrale train station. The keybox took some figuring out, but communications were excellent. **BIG shoutout for communcations: We had a snafu with a rental car--totally separate from this rental--that the property staff jumped in and assisted with.** One note--the light outside the door is out--replacing the lightbulb would make finding the keyhole much easier! Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood.

Stayed at the Corso Buenos Aires 65 apartament. The apartment was clean and large. AC worked great. The staff left us coffee and all toiletries. The area is walkable and close to a Metro station, 2 supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and the train station. The washer/dryer works great as does the AC. Communication with owners was also seamless.

This property doesn’t look like what it appears on the web. It has only one sofa and even that sofa is broke. There is no seat. It feels like as if you are sitting on the wood frame of the sofa. The shower was clogged and the water was standing and then we have to inform the management and they came out and got it fixed but it seems like the person who we were chatting on WhatsApp is not happy about it. The bed was stiff and had bumps and when we informed the management they said they are sending someone out to fix it. Somebody came and according to them they fixed but the issue was there. It doesn’t have proper coffee mugs. Honestly it looked like a rundown place and they were using used / second hand furniture and the managements attitude was like you have only paid X amount which is nothing in Milan. I have everything on WhatsApp chat. MY PONIT IS I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE SO WHEN I CHECKIN I SHOULD NOT FACE ANY SURPRISES. Anyways I would not recommend this place at all as they are using old furniture Thanks

Very disappointing
Beautiful and clean but WiFi is very very weak and the AC was not working. Trying to get the property manager to come fix the AC was far from ideal and took precious time away from our trip. For us, it would have been great if he was willing to come check things out and believed us that the AC wasn’t working. It felt like the dismissal many Americans get in Italy. No AC was brutal at this time of year and we chose this unit because they advertised AC. We had to keep the window open to cope at night, which was fine but we have so many mosquitos bites now.

Our apartment was very clean and we'll maintained. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of shopping and different types of eateries. We were near a metro stop, but chose to walk 35 minutes to Milan Duomo.Daniele, our contact person, checked on us at least once a day to see if we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic and convenient
We loved our stay at Milan Retreats (Via Lecco). The apartment is large and clean and comes fully equipped. The location is excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and 15 minutes walk from central station. The communication with the host was fantastic, including clear instructions on how to check in. Would highly recommend!
