I am elderly and I had trouble walking up the stairs with my luggage and every time we wanted to go out the stairs were too much. There were over 55 stairs to reach the 3rd floor apartment. The apartment floors were dusty, it definitely was not throughly cleaned before our stay, I think they just change sheets, towels and clean bathroom. A/C stopped working the first night and nobody came to fix it. You need to pick up keys in a different location than where the apartment is, it’s one hour walking distance, so we had to pay Uber to go to their offices and then pay Uber to get to apartment, it was approximately a 18 minute Uber ride from office to apartment. They give you the option to meet at apartment but you have to give a specific time and with flight delays and transportation as a tourist not knowing the city it’s complicated. They should disclose distance between office to pick up keys and apartment, we did not know until we were there, it’s represents a lot of wasted time. Mas importante saber que a chave não fica no local e é bem longe, assim se vc estiver cansado e com muitas malas é muito cansativo ir buscar a chave. Além disso, não tem elevador no local e 4 lances de escada.
