Very happy!
Positives- 1) Room was excellent and quite large. It was clean and well maintained 2) Staff was polite and very helpful 3) Breakfast spread was also very good 4) They helped decorate our room as it was my wedding anniversary

Very friendly staff. An elaborate breakfast with great options for people with gluten intolerance. Although in a residential area, it is easily accessible by public transport.

Close to the centrale stazione and almost new
The purpose of this hotel for me was to be in the area of Central Station which it definitely waswtih the number 42 stopping right outside the door. The hotel was completely made up of small apartments which were nearly brand new and quite comfortable. Very accessible.I would have gotten a clear 5.0 from me except for the location of the entrance door to the reception (by lift up 1 floor) . We were right in the middle o the 1960s rebuild of the area after being bombed flat by both sides during WW 2 The facade of your building was nestled amongst the aluminium and glass the was the style then, That and city dirt detracted a little but once you are inside the staff couldn't be friendlier and the rooms were just right . Thankyou to all the staff there. On my last day the check out was very swift an the trip to the airport via no 42 bus to the station and then Malpensa for EU8 by coach was also effortless. As a result we saw the sights of Milano well-rested.

Very modern and nicely designed,although a little hard to find.Easy access to everything you need to see,just take metro from Sandrio 15 min walk from hotel.one stop to centrale station and five stops to Duomo Piazza. Staff very helpful giving advice on places to see.Fabio on reception was most helpful. Downside was that our Double room was smaller than we expected from the photographs.Also it was very noisy as we could hear people easily from other rooms and for some reason noisy at night which sounds like the metro/trains passing. Breakfast was more than sufficient with satisfactory choices,all fresh and tasty buffet style.The lady that served our coffee at breakfast was extremely nice and friendly. All in all would recommend this hotel to stay in despite a few negative points mentioned.

Modern and comfortable.
We walked 15 from the train station. It's hidden so it was hard to find from the street using Google maps. Look for the flags outside. Staff was excellent. Cool interior. Lots of space for family of 4. Couldnt figure out AC, but it was set at 26c. Not near any sites, but close to metro and bus. This was perfect for a place to sleep between travel days by train.

This is an extremely pleasant modern unit which is well equipped and very clean.The staff were excellent and spoke very good english.The breakfast too was a real delight.There is also a coop just outside the front door which is very handy.Would thoroughly recommend.

Place for the YOUNG people
-Location In general is good i.e. with restaurants and supermarket around, 20minutes walk to the central station, however it is just difficult to find at the first point (not enough signages) -Amenities availability and facilities It will be amazing if toothbrushes and toothpaste are available hot water supply e.g. it lasted for only around 5-8minutes and have to wait for more than half an hour to restore. If you are travelling with families, it takes up to 2 hours to get everyone showered. -Cleanliness and quality of service It's clean and beautiful. Staff in the hotel responsed positively. Early check-in depends on room availability. Just make sure when you book the hotel, list all your special requests e.g. extra bed needed, to avoid the delay of check-in.

Hidden hotel
Hotel is hard to find back from the road behind some shops without a street sign . When you first arrive in Milan you might think that the area is slightly seedy, but in general it is typical of many suburbs. Hotel is clean and well run, and people on a budget will love the supermarket literally next door. Buses run past on the street fairly regularly, and the central station is not too far away. The metro connections take you close to most attractions .

The staff at Studio Inn couldn't be more personable and helpful. I've stayed there on multiple occasions for work and will continue to be a regular guest. There is a grocery store and gym right next door to the hotel which makes the location ideal for an extended stay.

Clean hotel with nice big rooms
When entering the hotel you're greeted by a monochrome checkerboard floor, and corridors that look more like a gallery boasting walls of contemporary. The rooms themselves were lovely, the rooms were very big and clean, and the bathrooms had a big walk in shower. Breakfast was twelve euros per person per day which seemed a little bit steep for a continental buffet, so if you're booking online try and get a deal with breakfast included. The area around the hotel was also not that nice. It felt a little bit out of the way on foot, but there's a metro station a ten minute walk away that was easily connected to the city center.
