The bed was nice and room clean, staff polite when you could find them. The big issue is on the orbit side it mentions a laundry twice, Google have is an off-site laundry service that takes two days. It is truly a shame I chose this location so far away from Milano based on having a laundry... there is a public laundromat 2km Drive away shuts at 7:10pm last wash.

The hotel was perfect, was clean, good breakfast, the staf very nice, the only frustration was the location. The only way to go there is by car, it is too far from Milano center city and the only way of transportation is by car and bus, even the bus stop is far from hotel and very limited.

The property is nice but I only stayed overnight. I chose it because of its charm, breakfast included, and what I mistakenly thought was an airport shuttle. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good range of choices. My only mistake was I thought they had an airport transfer included and it was not. It was a 50 euro taxi there and a 50 euro back to the airport which made the saving money aspect go out the window. The staff is really nice and it seemed like a beautiful area.

It was a bit of a treck from the airport, but they were very helpful in directing my by rail and taxi. The place was clean, neat and very modern. Everything worked well. There was a great restaurant within a 20min walk for dinner and they opened the breakfast a little early so I could catch my ride back to the airport.

Forced to stay in a smoking room, which is disgusting for someone who doesn’t smoke, because guests decided to stay longer in the room we were supposed to stay in. Room does not have air conditioning which is advertised to have air conditioning on Expedia so that need to be corrected. Wouldn’t stay here if we were able to get our money back. Thank goodness It’s one night

Nice hotel 400 meter from a gas station and very near to Malpensa airport. The hotel staff is efficient and like to help everybody . The breafast is good.

Klimaanlage war sehr laut, Duschköpfe stark verkalkt und daher konnte man diese nicht benutzen. An Hand der Reaktion des receptionist konnte man erahnen dass das Problem bereits bekannt ist. Sein Lösungsvorschlag war diese auszuschalten da keine weiteren Zimmer frei waren. Das einzig positive waren das Reinigungspersonal und die Servicekräfte am Frühstück. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ho prenotato una pagando anche i miei bei 70€, mi sono trovato una stanza con 11º interni, il 26 di Novembre. Chiamo incazzato nero la reception e il signore, dopo avermi raccontato una stronzata sul fatto che il riscaldamento era spento per colpa di Putin e della guerra in Ucraina, ha fatto partire il condizionatore, un rumore che sembrava di stare davvero in trincea. Per fortuna avevo bevuto un paio di bottiglie di vino a cena e ho dormito comunque. La colazione era buona, e la doccia nelle stanze è molto spaziosa. Il pavimento in gres è sia nella stanza che in bagno, quindi sconsiglio vivamente di camminarci a piedi nudi d’inverno, lato positivo è che è più facile da tenere pulito. Conclusione: non lo consiglio

Sono spiacente che il servizio e la prestazione non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la prego di accettare le nostre più sincere scuse. Tutte le camere sono impostate a 19/20 come da legge, mentre il cliente può alzare la temperatura ancora di 3.Durante la notte come da legge teniamo spento il riscaldamento per circa 4 ore. La ringrazio nuovamente per i suoi commenti e ci auguriamo di riconquistare la sua fiducia in occasione del suo prossimo soggiorno. Hotel sympathique Équivalant à un 2* en France
Un personnel très agréable , un hôtel facile d’accès, des chambres agréable mais une literie très moyenne avec des oreillers totalement inconfortables. Seul un drap et une parure de lit en guise de couette ou couverture. Un système de climatisation très bruyant et des sèches cheveux qui se coupent automatiquement toutes les trente secondes et ce dans les deux chambres . Cet hébergement propose des prestations d’hébergement 2*.

Les lits et les oreillers sont inconfortables, les sèches cheveux ne fonctionnent as correctement ( et ce sur les deux chambres) Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres accueillantes.
