The staff was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay and loved the stone steps around the elevator. It was what I was looking for Very easy and accessible to the central heart of Gallarate.

Great find in Gallarate
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offerings were simply amazing and generous. The proximity to the train station is a bonus.

This was a nice hotel very close to the train station. There were however 2-3 stores of some sort between the hotel and train station that had lots of men hanging outside which made it a little loud and I crossed the street to keep from walking directly in front of these men. Once in the hotel I was fine and the room was nice. It was loud because the hotel is on a corner that people seem to hang out on the street at but I was very pleased when at bedtime it became quiet and I slept very well. I stayed 2 nights and the hotel staff were very nice and the room was clean and breakfast was great. The morning that I left the front door glass had been shattered, I am not sure how but that worried me and made me glad I was checking out. So overall extremely close to train station and clean but the area was questionable to me.

Good location and clean room.
Clean, very nice stuff, good location if you need access to train station or Gallarate centrum area. Room is very small but it is good enough for sleepover. Don't expect amazing breakfast.

Lovely spot in Gallarate
This hotel is a wonderful spot nearby the train station and centrally located to the Gallarate area. There are several restaurants nearby and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The morning breakfast was a delicious start to our day. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Gallarate.

Nice people, location and area. Room was good as well except the AC unit made a screeching sound that was irritating. Fortunately, once the room cooled down we did not really need it.

very close to station
Stopped for a night to be near to airport without going into Milan (arriving by train from Switzerland). Very convenient for station, although noisy from passing trains. Trains to airport in the morning are easy, although only run once an hour. Good breakfast, good price.

This hotel is beautiful and has excellent staff, very nice and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed and provided great service.The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. Transportation is also easy to access since its close to the hotel. The train station is like a block away. My family and I had a great experience here!! Highly recommend!

EZ train access
Quickie overnighter to catch the train early AM to Zermatt. You can see the station from the hotel, it’s perfect. No complaints.

Nice hotel next to train station
A nice hotel,staff very friendly, right next to main station in Gallarate, so can be a little noisy. Hotel doesn’t have a bar, but plenty close by, Breakfast is buffet continental, it’s very good

Not a relaxing place to stay - noisy and scary
Be prepared to run a gauntlet through 20 shouty and intimidating immigrants every afternoon / evening. The hotel itself even keeps the main entrance locked from lunchtime. Terrible location, friends son mugged at train station which is opposite hotel. Very noisy from mid afternoon onwards.

Felt like we were going to be TAKEN--DANGEROUS!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. This place is dangerous and sketchy and felt if we had stayed the night, someone would have tried to come grab us. We pre-paid through Expedia but did NOT stay at this hotel. My sister and I (blonde, American 20-somethings) arrived on the train from Milan in the evening (about 7:45pm) and were greeted by a group of about 15 young men loitering outside the hotel, sizing us up. The young man who checked us in wanted to keep our passports overnight until check out early the next morning, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, (were planning to leave at 5am for 8am international flight home), and was very confused why we would refuse. This set off a lot of alarm bells for us. We went upstairs and immediately started googling other places to stay, finding a Holiday Inn Express near the Malpensa airport with rooms available. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. He informed us the car service the hotel contracts with would be the cheapest option (25 euros) to get to the airport and would be there in 10-15 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting in the lobby as the receptionist informed us the delay was due to traffic and multiple different men came in and out of the lobby to talk with the man at reception and stare at us, we were worried about the safety of a car service. We demanded the front desk call a number for a taxi we googled, which arrived in 1 minute and cost 25 euros with no traffic in sight... THIS PLACE WAS TERRIFYING.

Basic but serves the purpose
This hotel was chosen for a business trip purely for location. It was 20 minutes walk away from where I had to visit. In all honesty, it was a basic hotel but it served the exact purposes I need, close to my working location, basic breakfast, close to town centre and wifi. I paid £49/night and you get what you pay for. No drink making facilities in the room, pretty basic but the staff were great. They advised on some great places to eat during my stay. My expectations were met as I looked at what I was getting for the price before I booked. If you expect anything a little more fancy then this is not the place.
