Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
ÅK INTE HIT!!! Vi berättade i god tid för den virtuella receptionen när vi skulle komma fram, men fick inte koden för att komma in förrän 30 minuter efter vi kom fram. Vi ringde och skrev flera gånger under några timmar men fick inget svar. Det fanns inga handdukar, när vi påtalade det fick vi bara ”sorry” som svar. Rummet var smutsigt och dammigt. Det var ett delat badrum utanför rummet, som var smutsigt och äckligt, det var inte det från bilderna. Det stod i rumsbeskrivningen att vi skulle ha en terrass, men det fanns ingen. Det var den värsta hotellupplevelsen i våra liv.

Bonjour, Je vais demander un dédommagement car l’appartement n’était pas à l’adresse indiquée sur le site hôtels.com. ou savons eu les informe jour même. oui étions finalement à 20 minutes de l’adresse initiale. La prestation ne correspondait pas à ce qui était prévu. cordialement
