Whilst we only stayed one night, it was a welcomed stay to have a very spacious areas with separate rooms for a family of four. Michele was amazing, he kept in touch prior to our arrival on all the necessary information we needed, met us at the front and gave us a tour of the apartment….customer service at its best!!

Superb Location in Milan
I have been staying at this property for many years and I always have a great experience every time. The staff is always helpful and nice and they make me feel welcome whenever I stay at the property. The location is unbeatable. It’s close to the duomo which means there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by. It’s also close to many stores and pharmacies so you can pretty much find anything you need for your vacation right at your doorstep.

Excellent Hotel/Apartment for Milan!
Amazing location! Very clean apartment, with excellent concierge service - they helped us book train tickets to Verona for the day, and gave lots of helpful advice about touring the city.

Horrible stay, so NOT worth the money, do not stay
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. İmpossible to sleep on those sheets, i had to sleep on the couch. There were no carpets or rugs, when someone walked the floor cracked so loud. The coffe machine, and the electrical system didnt work to play music. Receptionist said taxi would be there in 3 mins. Couldnt find any taxi, İ missed my dinner reservation. Except the location everything was horrible. No sunlight in the room, when you look outside you see buildings blocking your sky, back garbages of stores.

It is way too noisy. I were not able to rest neither sleep at nighttime. A lot of construction noise overnight as well as garbage pick up. The noises are LOUD!!!! You can hear the trucks coming in and out, backing up and throwing garbage and heavy constriction materials. Also, the workers don’t make it any easy because they scream at each other on the street

My favourite hotel in Milan
I have stayed at this property over 5 times and I absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also the rooms are really large for Milan. There is a small kitchen which is great for families too. The location can’t be beat. It is within walking distance to the Duomo, amazing restaurants and all the best shopping Milan has to offer. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, but extremely noisy
Great central location by Corso Vittorio Emanuele near San Babila Metro station. Lots of noise at night because of work done on the street until 3am and early in the morning because of trash and street cleaning. Lots of super modern features in the apartment not user friendly. Microwave in the room didn’t work. Also items for purchase in the room refrigerator are overpriced. We used a bottle of water (plain water) and had to pay 12 Euros for it because we didn’t realize that it was “Armani Water”...... whatever that means! I wouldn’t go back.

Perfect hotel to stay in Milano
It is very amazingly hotel! They gave us upgrade even in the suit room. Every hotel stuff are very professional, kind and helpful all the time! They gave us perfect advise and booking for the tour and restaurants even on the New Year’s Eve. I highly recommend this cleanness and heartwarming hotel! We would visit again sometime again in the near future!

maybe is time to change/clean the furniture, almost every single seat cover is filthy and full of stains. Also the service is ok, not great. Not the friendliest people at the front desk and they seemed bothered to see you. Advice: Smile and ask if everything is ok, and stay away from your darn smart phones.

We had a wonderful week exploring Milan and an an excellent stay. The hotel was in a brilliant location and we were able to walk everywhere. There was a great restaurant over the road that soon became our favourite, along with the wine store near the Duomo. The hotel was very modern and clean.

Great location, but way too expensive and unreasonable management. Armani furnishings attractive but impractical if not annoying (motion sensitive light going off and on every few minutes). Billed as quad room but had to bring in 2 cots for kids that had loose boards on bottom that fell through every time they sat down in bed. And we paid extra for that. Would not stay here again.

We booked 3 nights at a non-refundable rate of what I thought was around $250/night for what was advertised as a quad room. I stupidly did not check the total before clicking okay. Minutes later I got the confirmation--the total was around 1,400 euros, nearly doubling the price. We called hotels.com immediately but they could not do anything. We called the hotel and they refused to cancel the reservation. I admit that it was my mistake at first, but there was plenty of time for them to book the room to someone else. Plus, they had the audacity to say that having 2 extra people in the room was the reason it was so expensive. It was advertised as a quad room on hotels.com. The cots they put in the room had wooden boards underneath the mattress that kept popping off every time my daughter sat on the bed. Pathetic. Not worth $125/bed. Their offer of a free minibar (except alcohol) was a bit funny. No minibar is worth $250 a night (plus they kept "forgetting" that they had offered it). On top of all that, we ended up missing our first night due to unfortunate travel issues. When we tried to call them, their phones weren't working and we couldn't even get in touch with them to tell them we would not be there. We had no idea if they had given our room away until we walked into the front door. Even with the great location and luxurious design, we could not wait to get out of there.

The perfect hotel to view Milan in just 3 days
We were there just for a few days , we 'be never been on Milan before and choose this hotel was the best choice ever . Close to the Duomo and Via Vittorio Emanuel , good and not so expensive restaurant nearby , and the metro station just a 150 mts to go everywhere, including the Expo Milano. Also many stops of City Sightseing Bus close too.

When they say the apartment is near the Doumo they are not joking. Lovely room, well equipped although the rug and sofa was stained the cleanliness was amazing, cleaners came daily and cleaned everywhere. Kitchen was small but well equipped and we really appreciated the pasta, sauce and milk included in the mini bar menu over and above the standard drinks and nuts although a kettle to complement the Espresso machine would be good.

Outstanding hotel perfectly located for exploring and enjoying Parma. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Our 2 bedroom suite was extraordinary. Our second stay was in a smaller 2 bedroom suite and it too was perfect. The kitchen included everything needed to prepare meals if you choose not to enjoy the fabulous restaurants in Parma. Highly recommend.

Outstanding residence in Milan
This apartment hotel has great suites, with a bedroom, living room, studio kitchen and bathroom. More than twice the size of a typical upscale hotel, it gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very fashionable furnishings! We loved the high-tech controls for lights, window blinds, sound system, etc. The neighborhood was outstanding, with great shopping on Corso Vittorio Emmanuele, and a 3 minute walk to the Duomo de Milano and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II. Highly recommend.

Modern flat close to shopping streets
Very modern place, with eletronics all around the room. Fits a family of couple 2 kids. However, room is tiny and maintenance was a bit desapointing - a broken blackout drape and a broken wall showed a lack of care I didn't expect. Location is terrific.
