"Warning, this house comes with several cats. We were even asked to feed the cats. Unfortunately for us two of the people in our group are allergic to cats. The cats were outside but we couldn't leave a door or window open (no screens) to enjoy the wonderful weather because the cats wanted to come in. The house itself had unique Greek charm and was nice. All the beds had very, very firm beds which weren't ideal. Being right on the water was nice and we did swim. There were locals swimming nearby everyday but not bothersome at all. The views especially from the top floor were amazing but again the cats hung around and made it difficult. If you love cats, this is a great place for you. If not, choose somewhere else."

"Our stay here was ok. Pros: the view is amazing, updated kitchen appliances, great location Cons: the listing said there is parking and there is no way to park in front of the house, you have to park down the street in a lot and walk to the house, the water in master bathroom barely comes out. It trickles out, house is not updated except for kitchen appliances, a/c is only in living room, not bedrooms. If you only care about the view, this place is perfect. "

"First and foremost our hosts Kosta and Maria were absolutely wonderful people! They made us feel like family from the moment we met them. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and in a perfect location overlooking the Messenian Gulf in the Ionian Sea, yet within close proximity to several beaches, grocery stores and Kalamata proper. The sunsets, enjoyed from our private balconies, were spectacular every single night. We also spent many lazy afternoons at the little beach bar located just a short 5 minutes drive at the foot of the hill enjoying the beach and the sea. The property was gated and had ample parking in the rear along with an outdoor grill and pizza oven. The kitchen was fully equipt with anything you needed to make meals and included a full size fridge/freezer and state of the art cooktop. The attached dining room offered ample indoor seating for meals (or playing cards/games) and the outside dining area offered the same. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a lovely view of the mountains and/or the sea. The kitchen, dining and living rooms provided a great view of the front garden and the sea. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning out on the front patio lounge set overlooking the beauty of the gulf. The location of the property made it easy to do day trips to other points of interest in the Peloponnese. We would 100% recommend Sunset Paradise and plan to return!
