La Valvega de La Cala is an exclusive development of 48 contemporary style, luxury townhouses situated on an elevated plot in La Cala de Mijas.

La Valvega is located within 300 meters from the supermarket and only 750 meters from the cosy city centre of La Cala de Mijas and its beach stretches.

This tastefully decorated town house contains an open plan living and fully equipped kitchen. The living has a large lounge sofa and dining table, a guest bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and 1 bedroom out of in total 4 bedrooms.

The living room provides huge sliding doors which create brightness inside the living area. The private terrace has a dining table for 8 persons and 2 lounge chairs. The terrace is located toward south west, which results in sunlight throughout the main part of the day.

The roof top terrace of the townhouse has a fantastic outdoor area with plunge pool, 2 sun loungers and a lounge area and a BBQ. From this area there is a peak to the Mediterranean Sea.

The basement area contains a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is 1 underground private parking space available at the property.

Great house and great management

Thank you to Marika for making our stay special, she met us at the property and showed us round, also gave us detailed information about the surrounding area. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise. The property itself is pretty well maintained, and the communal areas are well kept. Definitely met our expectations
