Apartment at the Western edge of Mijas village in the popular El Mirador de Mijas complex, a 10-minute stroll from the picturesque white village with cobbled streets. The lounge is comfortably furnished, with patio doors leading to a terrace offering stunning coastal and sea views. The property includes Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with BBC and other channels, and a DVD player with DVDs.  
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a double, with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer is provided.  
Equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, it’s perfect year-round. The swimming pool, set in a large sunbathing terrace, is ideal for families or couples. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and electric oven. The partially covered terrace offers panoramic views, perfect for relaxing holidays.  
With step-free access from visitor parking, it’s suitable for those with reduced mobility. Available for winter rentals (Nov-Mar). Allocated parking spaces are available, and nearby towns like Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, and Marbella are easily accessible by car.
