The apartment is comfortably furnished in a fresh and modern style with a comfortable lounge sofa and armchair and dining table with 4 chairs. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a spacious terrace with panoramic views to the sea, the coast and mountains. On the terrace with luxury terrace furniture with 4 chairs and 2 comfortable armchairs you can enjoy your breakfast under the Spanish sun or a delicious barbecue evening. The resort Las Palmeras is located in the upper part of Calahonda – Mijas Costa. It has communal gardens with a swimming pool and sun terraces for each apartment block. The apartment is conveniently located for golf, tennis, and beach. From the apartment it's 1 kilometer to 3 kilometer driving to several supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars in Calahonda. Beach in Calahonda at 3,5 km. There is a private parking available in the underground parking.

Als u een lekker appartement wenst met enige rust van de bergen maar wel met uitzicht op zee… dan bent u hier aan het juiste adres. Hou er rekening mee dat het vrij steil is en een auto of taxi gebruik wordt aangeraden (door mij 😉)
